Information you will need:

	Social Security Numbers of all borrowers.
	The address of the property you are buying or refinancing.
	The names of the people who currently own the home.
	Your current address. If you have been at your current address for less than two years, please be prepared to provide your former address.
	The name and address of your current employer. If you have been with your current employer for less than two years, please be prepared to provide your former employers name and address as well.
	Your annual gross income.
	Information on any other income you wish to have included.
	Information on your cash assets such as your checking and savings accounts, including the names and addresses of the institutions holding your accounts, their approximate balances and the account numbers.
	The general value of other assets such as cars, personal property, and life insurance.
	Information on all debts, including names and addresses of creditors, approximate balances, monthly payments, and account numbers.
